Yeah, the brute force is a 2008. I wanted two of them so I can go trail riding out back when friends come over. I want something cheap for them.
The reviews I read everyone really seems to like their Polaris ATVs and have put 1000+ miles on them and still run great.

polaris owners are like ford owners, they keep buying and glossing over the problems for some crazy reason.
if you want a cheap reliable easy to maintain second machine the 360 prairie 4x4 is the one you want. i had one from new in 06 to last December and not once did it ever not work when i went to use it. very minimal maintenance too, just keep any mud out of the oil cooler, change the diff fluid, and front diff and engine oil with atv 10w40. it has all the same trans/belt/diffs as the big twin machines with a bunch less power so it never breaks anything or even wears out the belt. but since they have the big machine stuff its got locking front for real 4wd-alot of polaris'* dont have that. i used it as a second machine when i could get my wife on it. but i traded it for my rhino because that does all that and more for extra people and carrying wood and trail maintenance stuff

Artic Cat fan. I have a 2002 that gets moderate use each year and just keeps purring. I've only changed the battery. Might buy it some new shoes this year, the OEM'* are down to the point they gave me trouble this winter in the snow.

there are so many choices for tires now its hard to narrow down whats good. floaty tires are best for snow because you can get up on drifts, i have mudlights on my 650 and they are good for that. but the ride pretty bad on hard pack. not very much of that around here so doesnt matter for me and i have about 3500 miles and 10 years on mine and have never had a flat or tires go soft. i got mega mayhems for my rhino, they ride better but they dig to much in the snow so i dont think i am going to ride in too deep of snow, which is fine i didnt buy it for winter stuff really. both do moderately well in mud

The Mud Lites are pretty reasonably priced. I really hadn't thought about a brand. Thanks for the recommendation Justin.

New 2014 Polaris. I got a picture while it was still nice a clean!

It drives great, the brakes are good no problems with the hills, and it steers good. No power steering option with the 2 up, but it still is nice.

Late 90s Dodge ram pickups had a very similar grill style. The honeycomb is very similiar. In fact is might even have the same exact pastern. It should be big enough to fill in the lower section.
I hate what is available from the aftermarket for these cars. So I would rather just make my own. That might keep me happy.
