I just was talking to an escalated customer here at work (yeah...I am still here lol for 5 more minutes)...anyway he asked me to send him a beer for resolution of his problem, then he would be satisfied with his product
Next time you call in to a customer support...specifically dell server technical support, ask to speak with a manager and ask em for a beer lol
