Default Wild Blue Internet

I just got my internet installed this morning and the second light on the modem is flashing, meaning that the thing isnt getting signal from the dish And now my signal from my router to the antenna is fading in and out. i get signal, then loose it. but the signal says its at 100%, but yet, i still loose connectivity. I installed the router myself and the Wireless N Usb Adapter. Im on hold right now with Wild blue services, i wanna see what they have to say. what do you guys think the problem is? Is it something i can fix?
