Yeah, I just heard some where that Europeans have been paying alot more for gas for some time. But, I forgot the reasons behind it. :?

Then take Venezuela. Very cheap gas because they have huge reserves and export a lot of it. However, take in to consideration that people are very poor there, and 12 US cents is a lot of money over there.

Right, I guessed as much for Venezuela. I just don't see how the average person over in Norway or where ever could afford to buy gas in the amounts we do here. Now, maybe they make more or drive less. I understand that like in the UK and what not, people don't drive like we drive and that their cars are smaller and more fuel efficient so the average person uses much less gas. But, still...it blows my mind that people pay that much. /early morning rambling on a subject I know little about
