Free Tivo...
...When you agree to a 1 year service commitment
http://www.bestweboffers.com/tivodeals.html
Even if u buy a Tivo at full price u have to commit to a year anyways, So $12.95 brings you a new Tivo.
I'm going to try it out when I'm not dead broke :(

I have a Liteon 5045 160 gb DVR that I may be getting rid of cheap. I am still waiting for someone in the AV forum to get back to me.
