Whats it called when an old car with low miles has bad engine wear, moreso than a car of the same age with high miles?

I called it something? Oh Geez..pressure is on now.
I usually mention..I'd rather have higher mileage. Because when you have old car with low miles things sit and flatspot. Bearings over time can do this.. everything will... Then along comes a younger person with plenty of spirit...giving the car a good run well... destruction is inevitable and the car becomes a money pit.
