I don't... a bottle of water before bed keeps me fine.

But... cereal, water, and advil in the AM.

Also been told Mountain Dew MDX Energy Soda does the trick.

no hangover today, but I did take an aspirin, eat some crackers and drink a bottle of water before bed.
