Default Tim King is leaving INTENSE...

From GOClubGP:
It saddens us deeply to inform the community that Tim will be leaving INTENSE due to medical necessity. Recently Tim began to experience some pain in his lower back and while he was able to work through the pain for a while his doctor, wife and he have decided that physical therapy along with possible surgery would be the best course of action for him to relieve his pain. This means he will not be able to continue to bend over cars and install motors and build transaxles and all of the other things he loved to do here at INTENSE.

There is nobody in the 3800 community I can think of that is better at working on our engines and transaxles than Tim King. His knowledge of the 3800 and how to make them produce power along with his work efficiency, and his ability to diagnose problems with them made him an extremely valuable asset to INTENSE. His excellent mechanical skills and his ability to work with customers helped INTENSE put a huge grin on the faces of innumerable 3800 owners who experienced the power of their newly modified vehicles.

For the past three years Tim has helped INTENSE innovate product, break records and build some hella fast 3800 cars. His own 3800 powered Firebird holds the Series II/III horsepower record along with having the distinction of being the first and only vehicle to run an 8 second ¼ mile time with this powerplant. His work along with others has helped INTENSE produce three 9 second or faster 3800 powered race cars and without his touch these things may not have been possible.

All of us here at INTENSE wish Tim a speedy and complete recovery and we invite you to do the same.
Ah damn. Tim, I and my car will both miss you bitterly...

He reached his goal too soon.

Oh well it is true.......it'* better to burn out than to fade away.

Have Tim seek the help of a good Ergonomic fitness expert. Excersize therapy instead of surgery
It worked for me. Proper posture and a lot of stretching.

Hopefully he will be back or INTENSE will find another chief mechanic. Anyone want a job..........O'Neil, this could be your opportunity. :P
