1 year tomorrow
I'm past addiction, beyond obsession
1 year tomorrow I joined. Didn't post the first time for 2 days, and haven't slowed my supercharged butt in a full year. If anything I'm picking up steam.
Over 10,000 posts in a year
Went from newbie to 3rd highest poster since BC was created
Asked to be a Gearhead for the club (an honor that I accepted after trying to negotiate non-purple stars
...yeah..negotiations failed)
Earned a nickname of Boosty
Because the parts "Dealer" (and my second nickname)
Did two successful motor swaps with BC members (yeah..their cars). One was a 97 SC motor into a 90 bonneville (Frankenbonne)
Had never modded in my life. Now my mod list is too long for my signature. Some great one from the site and some fresh ideas as well.
Had two super successful meets in New England last year and this year is off to a great start with one meet in Jan and another coming up in a couple weeks.
Above all..I've met tons of great people through BC. Every person I've talked with is great, everyone I meet in person is equally great. It amazes me how the staff keeps things running smoothly day to day, yet they do. I've been surprised at how Jeff keeps the forum free of charge and refuses all donations.
Can't ask for a better place to hang out with friends. Thanks all for making my first year a great one.

I have only been here a short time, and unlike you, have a life outside BC (sorry everybody, but it'* true), but still enjoy the club and the people here immensely. Congrats on your anniversary!
