Emoticons problems

I am having problems with emoticons on my computer. When I click on the "View more Emoticons" link the other page comes up and loads all the emoticons but a soon as I click one to use it, they all freeze so I can't tell what they are doing. Does anybody else have this problem?

The gifs just stop animating, you can refresh the page

yea.. the emoticon page has always been like that.. you get use to it after you use enough of it.. or become Sir Post-A-Lot.. you start to remember what they are after a while.. ( down to how to type it in instead of having to wait for it to load and click on it )
