Actually, this isn't a question between Hans and willwren.

This answer to this question was actually determined in large part by the Site Owner. It'* really freaky, but try to imagine a Forum managed by a TEAM where the Site Owner actually has some input, and nothing between the Admins is hidden, and where all communication with affected members is posted for the Staff.

The question now is why are we asking questions that are personal?
