Default Been on vacation to the US

Long time no post, so I just thought I'd share a few photos I took while on my latest US trip. I went over for 10 days to see friends and we did a road trip from Atlanta, Georgia to the Florida Keys and back up to Atlanta again. We spent 4 days (3 nights) in the Keys but made plenty of stops along the way.

Here are the general pics:

and all the random car sighting photos:

Some of the photos are a little dodgy (they have a black shadow underneath them) - my camera has finally given up the ghost after about 13 years of use (the camera itself is about 15 years old). Time to get a new one!

Looks like you seen quite a bit. So which of those cars would you have liked to take home with you?

Tough one! I was rather keen on the 2007 Avanti for something a bit different, but that Oldsmobile Toronado was absolutely stunning and I'd love to have that one. I'm a big fan of the Saturn Sky too.

The VUE Red Line wasn't a rental, but belonged to my friends and I drove it quite a lot. They are very quick and feel like it. Very responsive with instant power delivery. 0-60 takes 6.4 seconds which is quicker than a V8-powered Porsche Cayenne * (but not as quick as a Turbo Cayenne, needless to say) but for a fraction of the price and with better economy.

I was on Sarasota beach on the 13th March in the afternoon. Enjoyed some snorkelling off there.
