Default Beretta Help?

So, My sisters' buddy or whatever has a '92 Beretta that hasn't run in a year and somehow I got the detail.

Here'* what I know:
1992 Beretta, 3.1L vin T LHO, auto. 120K.
Battery: Brand New and fully charged.
Fuel: Had 3+ year old half tank, pumped out and has $5 in it now.
TB: Cleaned.
Coil secondary is 5.4 across the board, same on spare engine.

I get injector pulses with a test light, I got spark with an inductive timing light. I used the fuel pump to empty the tank and it works fine. It cranks fine. It feels like it'* about to pop, But it just doesn't fire. Verified firing order. Swapped in known good ICM/Coils.

Here'* what the scantool is telling me:
CODES PRESENT: NO
2ND GEAR SW: OFF
3RD GEAR SW: OFF
4TH GEAR SW: ON (no idea why this is)
A/F DESIRED: 8 (as in 8:1? wtf?)
AC CLUTCH: OFF
AC PRES SW: OFF
AC REQUEST: OFF
AIR SW SOL: CONV
BARO("HG): 30.19 (30.33 actual)
BARO(V): 4.88
BATTERY(V): 12.1 (charging tonight)
BLM: 0
CCP DUTY: 0
CCP SOLENOID: OFF
CLNT STRT(*F): 45
COOLANT(*F): 45
CORROSIVTY(V): 5.00 (wtf is this?)
EGR COMMAND: OFF
EGR SOL 1: OFF
EGR SOL 2: OFF
EGR SOL 3: OFF
ENGINE RPM: 0 (300 max)
ESC COUNTER: 0
EST BYPASS: OFF
EXHAUST O2: LEAN
FAN2 REQUESTED: NO
FUEL CUTOFF: NO
FUEL PUMP(V): 0 (9V MAX)
IAC POSITION: 99 (cycles when IAC is first plugged in)
IDLE REQ RPM: 1100
INJ PW(MS): 27 (sometimes as high as 65)
INDEGRATOR: 0
KNOCK RETARD(*): 0
LOOP STATUS: OPEN
MAF(GR/SEC): 0 (there is no MAF on the car or the spare engine)
MAP(V): 4.86
MAT(*F): 42
O2S(MV): 453
O2S CROSSCNTS: 0
P/N SWITCH: P/N
PROM ID: 6251
RUN TIME: 00:00
SPARK ADV(*): 0
TCC SOLENOID: OFF
THROTTLE(%): 0

I figure I need to check the plugs next. Ohm the spark plug wires. WTF could be wrong with this thing?

you said the fuel pump works.... does fuel make it all the way to the engine ? If so is it flooding ?

You have spark with the light, but does the plug actually spark ?

BTW...aint it great to "volunteered"

I HAD a fuel pressure guage... somewhere... I got gas shooting about 10ft out of the tank, and I know a new fuel pump for the '93 will shoot fuel 13ft into the air. So the pump is pretty good. Fuel filter is perfect, fuel pressure tap on the engine shows pressure.

Yeah, I totally forgot some people don't change plugs until the car doesn't run... I'll pull those around noon.

BTW, I got volunteered to fix a car they won't let me tow to my house, So I have to drive 15min to the car, and bring tools with me. it'* BS. My sister better be feeling the love.
