Computer/Internet problems

This is frustrating me, for quite a long time now I have not been able to access
www.canadatrader.com It begins loading up the page, then freezes and stops responding, I just tried it 32 times, I kid you not, always this website, every time.
I am running the latest version of IE explorer, and I have all the new updates from windows.
WTF

Could of been one of the updates. Hubby is a puter geek pm me with more info and what updates you did when this started and I'll ask him
