Default Biggest Baddest Truck on the Market?

Never heard of a domestic pickup having this issue! they're selling the "biggest baddest truck out there", but the tail gate is made of beer cans!

They where driving a 4 wheeler on and off it...
Tail gates arnt always meant to have some 500+lbs thing driving on it

Most are made to handle 4 wheelers driving into the bed VIA ramps. They shouldn't have that problem. Looks like an oversight by people not quite familiar with all the uses of a truck.

My Father in law'* '95 Tacoma has had 500+lbs loaded on and off the back of it and driven around with a good portion of weight resting on the gate and it'* held up just fine. Guess they just don't make 'em like they used to

HAHA, ryan, what WORLD are you living in where full size trucks aren't meant to have over 500 lbs loaded on their tailgate? Thats horrible.

In real truck country......there are no Toyota'* or Honda'*.

Cummins is King.

Duramax is Queen.

Cummins in a Ford is cherry.

A modded out Chevy is wild.

A HEMI is.......well.......it just is.

A big X2 here

Except out here, the Duramax is king

I see a few Honda Ridgelines and Toyota Tundras out here, but they are in the city area... NEVER on the jobsite

As far as the tailgate? I know many many people that use ramps up to the tailgate to load quads, snowmobiles, dirt bikes, or whatever else they can get up there and have never had a problem

Hell, I had an 85 Nissan pickup. Tiny rusted out truck, I could jump up and down on that tail gate like a trampoline (no shocks left) and it had a little flex, but trusted the damn thing with my life. I loaded up that thing with so much crap, put probably 800 lbs on that tailgate once...NO problem.

That thing is just a disgrace.
