I so should be studying. After this I will.
During some down time from school I found the guy who murdered my Father, WHo I never met.) I got the guys name number and place of residence. ( Kentucky prision) Im thinking about posting this guys picture or atleast a link on here. It'* public information and all. But then again, this probobly isnt the place for that.

Anyhow, he gets out in 2008 and he is in a Medium security prison facility in Kentucky. Anyone here had experience with trying to get prisoners parole revoked? This guy is trash. That'* my thoughts

James, I don't know the circumstances and really don't wish to, but off-the-cuff would suggest that you spend your time living your life and leave this in your past if possible. It sounds a lot to me like asking for more trouble...

Just my opinion.

James,

I believe that you can attend the Parole Hearing and ask for parole to be denied. If you feel that you should do this to justify the loss of your father, then so be it. I understand that this guy took someone from you that you never got to meet, and if you feel that this guy deserves to be in prison to pay for what he did to your dad, then go for it!!

Your dad will be proud of you no matter which decision you make. Go with your heart and what you think to be right.
