Hey, an idea just came to me and I wanted to throw it out there:

For those of you that are planning events and need a "Conference" room for real time or last minute plans for your event just notify me of the date and time you need one (24 hour notice) and I can create a room with a Function specific name, all you have to do is post the date, time and name of the room you want everyone to join for your meeting, after the meeting is done I take it down.

Not really, that'* what I like about this chat room script, two clicks and I have a new room within the chat room. 20 seconds worth of work.
