Default DIY oil change?

I figured that some of us would never let a quickee lube place touch our cars. Gonna be interesting to see the split.

I don't let other people change my oil, especially oil change places. Who knows what they do.

I recently changed my oil for the first time and I am now hooked for life!! I'm the type of person that like to do things for myself, that way I know it'* done right and there is no hokey pokey going on. Also, I like saving money.

I'm not a fan of lube places because of this...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ja2nPgGtODg

DId you notice the oil filter he cracked on? None other than Fram. Never will I buy a filter from them. I liked when he picked up the Napa/WIX filter and highly complimented it.

Only myself. Mobil 1, delco filter, switching to PureONE on my next change.

I used to take my cars to those places before i learned how easy it was to do,
