Yes, I think its standard on the LS. If you're looking for an 04' get an SS.

Yes, it is an option, but not standard as of 2003. My mother has an LS without it but we do have a 2003 with it sitting in the side yard.

Looks a little better, but I'm still not a fan. I'm an exception to the millions of people that actually like new Impalas... "old" being the sweeeeet 94-96 body style.
