depends on the bank also, some will take it like that some wont just like some will let you deposit in someones account and some wont, check with you bank by trying it :?:

If the check is made out to you AND the bodyshop then both parties are to sign the check. If the check was made to you OR the bodyshop then either party can sign the check.
