RED ALERT!!!!!
There is a suspected ricer sympathizer conducting a covert operation in an attempt to prevent supercharged cars from oppressing ricers. From intercepted reports back to command I have learned that he is attempting to gain followers. He may be disguising his cause, but let there be no doubt, he is a ricer sympathizer and his intentions are to infiltrate and destroy Bonneville Club. Please be on the look out for any individual who seems to be conducting any of the actions described here.
