Brake Rotors

Seller said that these where IAP rotors. Has anyone heard of them?
This is a Great price for all 4 drilled & slotted rotor. Maybe to Great! :?

I bought a set of saturn cross drilled rotors on ebay for $100 shipped for all four and they are pretty nice.
