All he did was a chip, exhaust, and a 2.8 stroker kit, and HOLY CRAP that sounds sweet. Sounds like he was missing a little towards the end though (about 220km/h).

I've been in several different older BMWs and I just loved the way they felt. I guess that video kind of brings back memories of those rides, and how easy the ride was, and how zippy them seemed stock. I once tried to keep up with one around corners on a back road for kicks and giggles in the bonne... I ended up slowing down and letting it take its bmw trophy :P.
In my mind, its interesting how easy it is to break the rear tires lose on a 6cyl car... maybe I'm just goofy.

My father had a 89 BMW 318i several years ago, I really liked that car, but seeing that video didnt stir up any good memories.
Couple nights ago, I had some idiot in a 325 like that run up on my tail (while in the GP) and cut to the right lane, after teaching him a lesson, he felt compelled to cut me off, so, I dont have lot of love for 3 series drivers.
