Well, my one and only goal in life was to own a house by the time I turned 25, well I'm about two weeks short of 23. It actually happened, no more landlord, no more rules against working on cars, finally room for all of my cars and my boat, with no storage fees, finally a yard for my dog. I'm tired of apartments, and other peoples rules, now I can stand on my front porch and give them the finger. It'* not a very big house, but I live in FL, maybe one day I can afford a decent sized house. I close on the 27th, so no more apartment after SEBF!!!

Congrats Chase...
I know how you feel...
I was working on my car one day... I was being watched by the management at the apartment complex... A lot of people there worked on their cars... But I seemed to be the one they harassed.. Another of the member there told me not to worry about as I never made a mess.. A certain board member kept an eye on me, walked over to me and told me I couldn't work on my car... I told him I have been doing this for hours as he was walking around and now you tell me...
I got mad, as the guy across the way was doing his brakes... No one said anything to him.. I told the board member to have me evicted... I didn't give a **** ... And I'm almost done with the car so I'm not going to stop now... So you know what you can do with that crapp... He wasn't happy with me...
I later stopped by the office and had a chat with their realator( he took care of the business aspects of the complex, Great guy... The kind you'd want for a neighbor )... I explained my frustration... And that I was going to move.... I got all my ducks in a row.. Bought property and a home... And moved...
So Chase I know how you feel bud... Sad part is, in the complex if there was something wrong with a neighbors car they used to knock on my door... Man I was glad to move....LMAO
