I wouldn't get a Neon, even if it was the SRT-4.

But for good gas mileage it makes sense to have one. My neighbor back in NY had one and loved it because of the mileage.

I'd count my blessings. I have all FOUR manual windows in my car. You learn to put it in park during stop lights and roll down as many as you can. I just pull over and close windows if it rains.
