im doing rear struts on my gf'* 89 cutlass might i add that just about every bolt broken or had to be cut and also im doing a rear hub assembly sucks RUST CITY

i spent 8 hours on a strut and hub just to get it off but with a torch and many drill bits it came out

HaHa wisconsin same here I know what you mean...............I live in Ozaukee county (right over milwaukee CO) and I have worked on a 1987 pontiac 6000 a 1987 cutlass ciera a 1988 cutlass ciera and now a 1995 ford contour but the contour aint to bad down under and no rust on body

I tried helping replace the shocks on my brother'* 1980 Pontiac Bonneville. All the shock bolts had to be cut off. His car is 100% rust and it'* also from the midwest. Iowa to be exact. Only thing good about that car is it'* carrying on the Bonneville name.

Susension work in general sucks!! That'* the part of every car that is the most exposed to weather (the body at least has a coat of paint to protect it, usually). That and exhaust work are the jobs I dread the most....

Exaust work is fun for me and my friends its always cool to see the end result is in sound and/or performance we just go through alot of muffler clamps circular metal-cutting blades and flex pipe tho..............lol u should see how the ricer pipe is held on.............. 1 wd-40 can 1 ft of flex pipe 2 hose clamps 3 muffler clamps 1 tube of high temp gasket maker and a 3 ft by 1 ft sheet of foil

Well (no offense) I kinda prefer to do it right. Cutting and welding while looking up ath the project get'* kinda painful....
