How much do you think it'* worth??
I have decided after 4 years of building up my website to let it go. I could keep it but I feel that my time has run it'* course and it is time for "new blood" to keep it going.
I know some might say it is worthless, and others might say it is worth as much as someone will pay for it.
Other than those responses, I am looking for real serious answers.
website in question is
www.malibuclub.ca

That'* fascinating! I never knew such a tool existed.
BC is valued at $1500. My piddly little family site is somehow worth $58.
Which makes me question how the Malibu forum would be worth only a little more than mine. Kinda makes me doubt the whole accuracy of it'* estimates.
Does the site earn anything from ads? Is it a money pit, or a money maker?
Otherwise, it'* hard to say what it'* worth in any firm sense. It'* a pretty subjective thing. Perhaps to a Malibu enthusiast, interested in seeing the site live on, it might be worth a few hundred. To anyone else though... pocket change at best, I think.

Think of it this way, how much money do you make off of it? I'm assuming none. If so, than it really isn't worth anything. The best you could do is transfer ownership of it to someone else that wants to put in the time and money.
I'm sure it may have value to some people, but that may only be because they want to keep the site going, not because it'* a business venture. That, in my opinion, isn't really ethical. It would be like the webmaster saying, "Give me $1500 and I'll let you run BC. Otherwise, I'm shutting it down."

Results
Earnings Report for www.tenghz.com
Your site is valued at: $58
And I have next to 0 hits to my site as I only use it for hosting pics and stuff for forums I peruse.
Must be a base price...
