"...car is in good condition"
Here is an ad from my local craigslist. Check out what this guy considers to be good condition:
"I have a maroon 1988 Cutlass Supreme for sale. The car is in good condition. The interior has no problems with it at all. The car does not have air. There are a few things wrong with it....it needs a battery or alternator. The front, driver side panel is smashed in a bit. The brake light does not work. The front, right tire will need a tie rod someday. Finally the doors have issues...the passenger side needs the piece replaced to have it open, the driver side had the same problem but I took it in and the piece was replaced, but it was done incorrectly so It will not open, but the part is there and just needs to be adjusted. This is a great car for someone with mechanical no-how, they could fix the issues with minimal money. It would be a good first car for someone. If you are interested or have any questions please email me. Thanks for the consideration..."
I had to laugh. I thought anyone with any mechanical or logical "no=how" would just say "no-way!"

Well it is in good condition compared to the 95% of the other 20 year old cars that are now rotting in the junk yards or have been compacted.
