Default Engine Pulling 101

Well the first thing you need is a hoist and leveler for $45.
I scored a nice new foldable 2 Ton unit yesterday for a great deal at KMS Tools for $149.

Also couldn't resist a wire stripper for $80. After having used Bills at WCBF, I was hooked.

So Bill.....should I bring the hoist with me when I come to visit.

Loved my stripper that much eh? Don't tell Laura.

I have a hoist available to borrow. FIE loans his out to friends.

I'll buy an engine stand when the time comes, but I have to find a good donor motor first. I lost track of the cherry one a couple weeks ago (it was sold while I was in MN).

when you buy an engine stand, make sure you have the bolts to attach it to the block with.

Bolts are not a problem.

Just bought my engine stand at NAPA at lunch. Pick it up after work.

It'* the NAPA 750lb unit. MUCH higher quality and better/stronger built than the PerformanceTool 1000lb stand they sell for the same price.

Normally 83 buckish.
On sale for 69.

You guys are all bad influences on me. I'm finding myself wanting to buy tools that I'll never use (granted, you guys probably will use it..)
