Wait a minute. If I'm not greatly mistaken, that'* a front under-bumper valance from a late 70s TransAm. That'* just not right. And the side skirts are cut down from what looks like Pontiac side cladding.

He'* gotta have a ton of money into the paint on that thing, but its got hubcaps, and a stick on hood scoop, and the interior is pretty much stock :? I just don't get it.
