Default any CB radio users out there?

hey all. just curious as to if im the only one with a cb on here or not.

back in 2010 i got a cobra 29 lx, and installed it in my car. i think i did a pretty good job making it to where when i take it out there is no way to tell that there was ever anything there.

i used a piece of window track from a spare window regulator i had, and some sheetmetal screws. where its attached to the dash, its hidden so when i remove the cb, there will only be 2 1/8" holes pointing straight down.

heres some pics:

UGH!, I have to listen to those damn things all day long in my work truck. Sometimes the DX(skip) from a truck stop in North Carolina would bleed over the guy at the bottom of the hill from me. I wish the FCC would just sell the band to some business and make everyone start using FRS. Its quieter!

Looks ok but...
Sorry...Side band & tune ups for extras channels for me only please..
U should see my base rig,..Would u like a D104 or Turner +3 pick ur flavor..
And Mike, apologies, I can be heard in NY from here no problem...let there be wattage in the cottage! Was talking to England a few days ago...I got ears too.
I can also take my "Slightly" modified SSB mobile with an 3 section 18' Antron (with base ground reflector) power mic and talk to Hawaii or Australia no problem at our local mountain at 4000 feet!!
Fun times!
And u wondered why I have an odyssey battery and 160 amp ALT in the Buick LOL!
