Anybody remember this post?

OK, well, here goes. I finally had my bonfire tonight (night without rain, fire ruled all) and this girl unexpectedly showed up with her brother. Well, I've gotten to know her a little bit, and she'* unbelievably mature for her age (that was brought up in the thread). So we all got to talking tonight, and I got up the courage to ask her out (boy, some of y'all are gonna hate me for that). But, I guess we'll see how this is gonna work out. Just thought I'd let y'all know!
PS, I look like I'm sunburned now, that was one helluva fire.

Oh, god...
That sounds like my ex, Kira. She was a freshman, I was a senior. It was the same story; she was so "mature" for her age. Everyone I told advised me against it, and I should have listened to them. We went out for like a month, and then she started attaching herself to me; telling me she wants to marry me, etc. The part that REALLY freaked me out is when she said she wanted to, ehh, you know. Yeah, that was the last straw. So I broke up with her. Then she goes around telling everyone at my school that I broke up with her because she didn't wanna have sex. Uhh, sure.....
STAY AWAY!!!

If you have nothing but skank older women, you're shopping in the wrong department.
For the record, posting personal relationship issues on a public forum is typically a bad idea.

being in high school, and almost your same age (if not the same), i have to say i dont really agree with this. This is how I look at it. Your a junior now right? If your anything like me, your looking into where your planning to go to college and what you want to do. She is still thinking about high school. She isnt concerned about whats after high school, because she is really just starting it. Your almost done with it. I think 1 grade below is the most you should go in high school, because everyone is changing so fast. Even the maturest acting 7th and 8th graders are far from an 11th graders level (in most cases). And also, have you talked to her parents?
