Default Would this work?

So, my Celebrity has cruise control, but it doesn't work. I don't think it has intermittent wipers, maybe it does? Seems to work sometimes no others.
Anyway, saw this on Ebay, and was wondering if it would work.Would there be more that I would need? What else could be wrong?

I would try fixing it before I bought a part that I didn't know for sure that I needed. Just a thought

Makes sense. I just have no idea how to go about fixing it.
The wipers work in HI and LO. There is a ton of room between on and LO, (the lettering has worn off though) but there only seems to be very slow, intermittent setting.
The Cruise does not work at all, although there is definitely controls for it.
