paypal question.
someone just sent me $1500 thru paypal and i was charged a fee of almost $50.
now the money was sent as ( other goods ) now i thought that was like what paypal used to have that was called ( quasi cash ) meaning you can send a person money without no fee'* on either end,?
am i wrong.? if so which one is to send money with out no one paying fees.

I have sold quite a few things on ebay, and as far as I know, you are always charges a fee when you recieve money. If there is a certain way to do it without getting charged on either end, Im not aware of it.

If you have a PREMIUM account, there are charges.
Normal accounts don't, but you're limited by how many CC payments you can take, or foreign currency changes, etc.
