I used to do it daily when I worked from 7am to 7pm, then played WoW from 9pm to 2am. Of course, I started having breathing problems and heart problems after about a month or two.

On one occasion while driving big truck through Texas, I hadn't had very much sleep and needed to drive for 11 hours. I had consumed 8 cans of Full Throttle in that time frame. Needless to say, I had to take a potty break every hour during that day.
