Yeah, none of the comments released really seem like a big deal... even tho the media is trying make it into one. :? It'* a shame that a so-called friend would do that to another person, regardless of who they are. I guess it'* not illegal to audio-record someone without their knowledge or permission in Texas? :?: I know it'* a crime under the "Eavesdropping" law in Illinois...

In most places, a private citizen (non-law enforcement) can do it and it does not violate any Constitutional laws.

well that explains a lot. i run into this alot in a day'* work. i always thought it was just because they couldnt be sure who they were talking too. i guess i understand now. i think it should be illegal to do that sort of thing.
