NY State Troopers...
Well took a road trip yesterday went to philly, No reason just felt like it. Weather was So So on the way from home was snowing in Mexico NY then Green in Syracuse. I took a Friend (the camera man) and LapTop holder.
10 am we set out on our way filled the Bleu Bomber up with some Ultra 94 and left for the good old US of A. well the trip down was kinda boring as was to be expected arrived in Philly for 430pm kicked around saw some friends headed out around 1030pm this was the perfect time to hit the 476 North and do some good 80 to where ever runs and film and we did. WOW. even got some footage of an OWL dive bombing a mouse 20 feet in front of us that sucker was huge. So I played a bit on the turnpike filmed a few wide open runs no harm no foul. Coming in to NY where I don't speed like a mad man 6 to 8 mph over.
Well at this point I knew i had a burnt out headlight when i saw the blue and red lights behind me on the GPS I'm doing 72mph speedo is close my friend films this and give a description of the events. the Trooper steps to the window and says you were going a little fast back there! I replied sir i was going 7 mph over posted with the flow of traffic. Remember my buddy is still filming this long story short the Trooper i guess wasn't as ummmm well he didnt want to be recorded lol and asked that my friend turn off the camera Before my friend had a chance to reply another officer opens the passenger door and removes my friend from the camera lol. I'm thinking nice this is going to show well on the evening news. long story short he gave me a verbal warning and returned the camera. With out the SD card So since it was a verbal warning and no ticket issued I don't even have a name it was over before i had a chance to react and thought well he was a nice guy. So 3 hours later........ I'm half hour from the border and there are the red and blue lights again :? *&^*&^%)(#%$@ I'm thinking what now my laptop. No a friendly reminder that I have a burnt out headlight so thinking quickly i say (since he liked the car) i think when i left the 4 way stop i woke him up. I asked him if he could pull up a record of when and If i was stopped hit'* on the plate NONE my plates were never ran in NYS. :? :?
So as of this point i think I'm out a 2gb SD card Oh well if the ape can figure it out he'* got some great 130-150 runs on there lmao
Ticket me for that Officer.....

#1. He has to prove it was a public road
#2. He is in possession of property obtained illegally
#3. He can not prove it was in NYS it wasn't
#4. He never ran my plates when he stopped me.
My guess is the card is somewhere on the side of the road...
and it takes more then that to make me sweat. lol

#1. He has to prove it was a public road - no he doesnt... unless you were on a race track
#2. He is in possession of property obtained illegally - that was completely legal
#3. He can not prove it was in NYS it wasn't - there are no states on the east coast with speed limits that high
#4. He never ran my plates when he stopped me. - yah, right..... :?

Haro to save the argument...
a cop can not take your property for no reason and if they do take something from you there has to be a receipt. There was no receipt given and no record. I'm far from stupid and all filming took place with no signs just speedo and in car stuff. When he pulled me over i don't think he liked the fact he was being filmed still that doesn't give him the right to remove property no laws were being broken and my friend was shutting the camera down..
really who cares I don't i have another Card here lol and like i said it'* likely on the side of the road somewhere.
but on the chance that you the officer involved is reading this kindly host the vids here and all the pics...
thanks lol

Alright. Do you think by chance you could have passed a road sign on one of your runs? That would prove public road.
Illegally obtained? You got pulled over for breaking the speed limit. Flow of traffic?? Means nothing, you were going 7 over. One could assume that the video could prove you were going 7 over and it can be seized as evidence. Upon looking at the card to find proof of you going 7 over, he will see the 80 over and you are screwed. A receipt...never heard of that. Things are usually booked into evidence....you may later get a recipt.
He never ran your plates? How do you know? It is standard procedure to tell dispatch the plate of the car you are pulling over. Usually the first thing dispatch does is run it and see if it is stolen. There is record of you being pulled over...they know how to get a hold of you.

no No road signs were filmed and all runs took place in PA lol and as I said the camera was removed from inside the vehicle no permission was given to search and no probable cause either. Anyways with no sign'* and no road footage if he wanted to be a ***** which i doubt he would then have to prove where he got the card.
And then even the second officer who stopped me for the headlight only ran my plates because I asked him and that shows up on record Oh and BTW the second officer was great didnt even ask for registration or license. Just wanted to let me know Nice guy they should all be like that..
and another thing my car is canadian not NY and when there were clearly 4 other cars infront of my in excess of 80mph my guess is he got the wrong car.... Shoulda put dowm the donut.
And why only the verbal warning and not a writen one.... So i basically have ZERO proof??
