Default 1984 cutlass supreme 350 350 trans for only $300? look!!!

I looked at a 1984 cutlass supreme that had a 350 engine and a a 350 trans (3 speed auto) engine has 20k on rebuilt engine but something happened thats bad.....the car was overheated and overreved for 5 mins strait cause the shifter you have to go buy the clicks and not buy what it shows and drive is acually 1st gear and his friend drove down the freeway in 1st gear at very high rpms and the radiator hoses busted the radiator fried inside and the water pump went out and now the car has some ticking when it gets warm but when driving it goes away when pressure is applied to the gas when in gear but once you let off the gas u can hear the ticking (sounds like valves) but the car dont have much power after the engine was overheated and overreved he 1st said it had a 442 in it but then i asked its a 350 and he said yea meabey he thought I was talking about the tranny but he said b4 it was overheated and overreved it would kick the back end out alittle going into 2nd gear to the floor he did most work on it and dont know what to think about the engine but it sounds awsome when idling and fired up better than my 1995 ford contour alot better and ran smooth humm kinda confused but he only wants $300 and has no idea whats wrong

The cause of the failure is absolute stupidity.

his friend drove down the freeway in 1st gear at very high rpms
Now I see where you get your habits from. I hate watching you and your friends destroy perfectly good cars. Please buy a bicycle.

Ya exactly (I said the same thing about that Aurora). I have mentioned this a few times and a particular Moderator keeps on telling me that I'm flaming. I'm glad others are realizing this now too.
