Anyone that says this game is gay, isnt a true sim fanatic. Sure, you cant upgrade the cars but WOW, the driving physics kill ANY other game on the market right now. And graphics? Lets just say I can honestly say I feel like I own the car. The showrooms are 3d, and the car sounds are all REAL recordings, digitally mastered for the Xbox. Wow........anyone with a BOX, go rent this game NOW

You ever played GT3? Project Gotham doesn't look right too me, the first one, the paints were too shiney, and they handled horribly. People think Gran turismo sucks, it'* because they don't know how to turn a car....

I played PGR2 and GT3....GT3 owns it and its a much older game. I beg to differ about the physics good sir, for in GT3 you actually have to use your brain and turn the car with some skill (even some people in reality are still trying to grasp this concept) while in PGR2 you just...well race.
PGR2 = Arcade
GT3 = Simulation
I prefer hardcore simulation, hell I'm one of those guys that knows what each and every button in the cockpit of planes do in Microsoft Flight Simulator.

I have PS2, GT3 I beat in about a week.
Sega GT 2002 for the Xbox, I beat in 2 days.
The first Project Gotham was majorly arcade, I beat in 4 days
This PGR, when you go to do revolution and circles, it acts like a sim. GT3 is far too easy, so its no fun. I can at least strive for higher dificulty to gain more points in this. Your right, for pure simulation of course Gran Turismo will own all, because of the modifiying scheme, and the tuning scheme. But for graphics, body roll, cockpit interaction, PGR kills it.
I just rented True Crime and beat that in 3 days. Now that was a fun game.........
