indeed it does... the good/bad of it is that if i reported it to the insurance company, i would have been out a $500 deductible... but cost to repair it should be less than that... i drove it for some time afterwards, but no noticeable mechanical issues. just have to buy a new fender and door.

The deer damage wasn't as bad as I imagined it. Sucks none the less. What did you make the STB out of?

.....i .......uh....... "repurposed" a leg from an antenna tower. that'* some thick steel... at least 1/4", if not 3/8".

The word "overkill" comes to mind. haha. You should try one in the back when it'* up and running again

overkill is almost an understatement....

and yes, i've been planning on a rear one for quite some time(i have plenty of "stock" left over), and based on a few other'* experiences with adding a rear, it'* a no-brainer. even with the fairly low amount of weight in the rear, it was always a massive improvement.
