Hey guys, my name is Rob and I'm 15 years old. I live in the south metro of Minneapolis, Minnesota. I've always loved General Motors. My favorite car is the 1988 Camaro Iroc-Z.

I recently bought a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix GT with the money I earned at probably the worst job I'll have in my lifetime. Like, this job is worse than INITECH. I'm talking about McDonald'*... So yeah, I look forward to meeting all of you.

welcome to the site, everybody starts at a food place or store. i worked at a grocery store when i was 15-19 to buy my firebird. grand prix is a little fast for a first car though you better be careful and repect it. i had a 4 cylinder escort for a while and probably would have been dead if i had a sc GP

Welcome to the forum! I think that'* a great first car. Dependable, sporty, and you should be able to do your own maintenance with no problem. When do you get your license?

My first was a 99' Bonneville and man was it sweet. Had that for a year and then I was won over by it'* 2003 Supercharged counterpart which is still in my garage today.

HI, pink floyd, congrats on earning that first car! I'm a lot older than you, my first car was a '62 Pontiac Bonneville, 2 door, 389 V8. Have fun with it buddy!

welcome rob! i ALMOST had that car as my first car, but my aunt sold it out from under me. instead i used my mowing/shoveling/raking money id saved up for 3 years to buy my buick. before that i was riding around in my moms 96 neon. boy was that a turd. feels good to buy something with money you earned. it may not be a bugatti, but its not something mommy bought, either!

Welcome again Rob. Don't feel bad. My first job when I was 16 was a dishwasher at a local mom&pop restaurant and my first car was a 1981 Chevrolet Citation.

Okay, I shouldn't be complaining at all. You're right. Oh, and I couldn't help but notice that you have an *-10 with a 5.7 liter V8. That is one of the coolest things I've ever read!

i remember my test. it was a jan 7. we had about 12" of snow on the ground, and the test route was not plowed. most of the test was at full throttle in order to stay moving. in that little bitty neon, the instructors exact words were "im just going to pass you on the parallel parking, i dont feel like walking back when we get stuck" LOL
