Hello Bonneville World!
Sup? Brett here! I am new to this site, but hope to bring tons of help to the other members of this site! If anyone has a question about ANYthing, I'll be more than happy to answer and troubleshoot to the best of my ability.

Here is some specs, pics and videos of my swapped 1988 Pontiac Grand Am!
Specs:
Series 1 94/95 motor
Rebuilt motor
Bored 30 over
Custom grind mild street cam
2.0 pulley, 2.2 pulley, and bigger ones too, (currently experimenting)
Ported supercharger
Ported lower Intake
EGR delete
Autolite 104'*
Wraped headers
Custon side exit Dynomax exhaust
Custom cold air intake
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
Custom motor mounts and brackets
Custom accessory drive mounts and brackets
Various 88 Turbo Grand Am and 86/87 3.0 V6 Grand Am parts used for swap
Heavily built TH125 3 speed trans
Heavy duty clutch plates, torque converter, shift kit, etc...
All new OEM suspension and brakes front and rear, adding lowering springs soon, 1.8 front drop, and 1.6 rear drop!
Weighs 1,000lbs less than my 1994 Bonneville SE
I've also added a ground effects kit and front bumper cover from an 88 Turbo Grand Am for the extra "SEX APPEAL"!!!:icon_lol:
Now all that is left to do is some minor body work and fresh paint, that should be done in time to hit the strip for a few passes!
A couple night-time vids, messing around... Roads had some wet spots, so traction was rather poor. I will get some better vids soon, lol!

Have you scanned for KR? running a 2.0 or 2.2 with a Gen 3 M62 is quite a drop. If you haven't scanned it yet, I would suggest you get it scanned ASAP.

Who built your headers for you? You'll void the warranty with the wrap. I'd suggest un-wrapping them and using a ceramic coating. There'* a good DIY product available.
Those pulley sizes will kill you. You're boost-stacking badly. You'll get more power out of going larger in pulley size and getting some timing back.

The Series 1 L67 with the Gen3 top end cannot support anything smaller than about a 2.4" pulley at best (even with rockers or a cam) until you go with ported heads. It may run, but it'* killing your power potential.

I've never put on the 2.0 pulley, don't plan on it either, I also have a couple bigger pulleys as well. I'm just seeing what it can take. I have no KR with the 2.2 as of now... I should just put the stock pulley back on and get some timing back, then maybe the car won't torque steer like mad, lol... Keeping my spare motor, as a SPARE MOTOR just might be a good idea...
I built the headers, they work and flow awesome, but my welding is kinda ugly, so the wrap makes them look pretty, and it helps out a little in the cramped engine bay!

You shouldn't get much KR if you are running in cold temps like your pics suggest But once warm weather gets there...lets just say, keep a real close eye on that scantool.
What PCM are you running? I prototyped an OBD2 conversion for the S1 L67 with positive results (I blew the engine, but not by the conversion...well, THAT conversion anyways), and now I am working on a plug and play conversion for the 94/95.

Header wrap does horrifying things to uncoated exhaust...we could probably find the old pictures of a Plog that a member had wrapped for a long time.
The wrap trapped water and salt against the metal and the heat sped up the rust, and also caused massive cracking around the welds when I saw the pictures, I was amazed the thing didn't fall into pieces when the wrap came off...

30 over will have next to no bearing on the amount of boost. It'* more about CFM than PSI anyway. You have to be able to get it in and out. A mild street grind or rockers alone aren't enough to support either of those pulley'* on a Gen3 top end.
What'* even spookier is that the S1 only has ONE knock sensor.
