well after years of turning shos into viper and corvette killers, i have moved on to the 3800 supercharged family, my buddy has a regal gs with the engine and i was impressed by the motor, my last car was a 1994 SHO, With an 18 psi blower, nitrous, and one very expensive 4 speed gearbox, yes 4 not 5 speed i was able to break the 11 second barrier in the quarter miles, motor had aproximately 410 horse at the wheels, but on the dyno it had almost 500 horse at the flywhel and guessing 20 percent loss to the wheels, my other joy is my pull truck, 1978 f 250 , 500 cubic inch motorsport block, oliver pistons, flow tecnologies EX-514 heads(cast iron) which produces 924HP@8300rpm with torque peaking at 485@7600rpm, i Would love to get that on a street truck but there is no better rush than truck pulling So now lets ask, What problems should i be expecting with my new SSEI?
