to be honest after I got rid of the bonne and went to the dark side of w bodies it has been all down hill from there lol.
some of you who are on bpro has been kept up to speed but for those of you not on there I will make the past couple years brief

pacemaker installed in nov 07 then a new one in aug 09 due to the first dr not implanting it right
Smokey my dog died at 2 yrs old in spring 09 of unknown causes
moved 7 or 8 times since 07 but finally in the closing stages of buying a place so finally some stability since the past 3 times I have moved have been either foreclosure or personality issues

I have been on a full ride to college since fall of 08 and will be heading to the 4 yr colllege next semester
I have been dating my current gf on and off for the past 3 years but she finally moved up here and we have lived together since my second pacemaker surgery.
I have been working in a company that helps the mentally challenged and disabled

Now onto the cars, I have amassed a small collection lol at this point and may be adding to it in the near future as a potential flip or parts car depending on if I can flipp it for good money.
If you want the mod list for any of the cars just ask but the 03 and 99 are fairly lengthy

may be picking up a 79 smog dog 403 auto TA for cheap and give the ttop car a heart transplant or pick it clean and use all the good metal to put both the TA'* back together and maybe have them see the light of day by summer'* end

Greg! Welcome home....

It was tough to read what you've been through, but it sounds like you have a positive outlook on things and that improvements are under foot.

A buddy of mine had a pacemaker installed and then three months later had to go back in and have the device and catheter replaced due to a 'non disclosed' manufacturer defect (I think it had to do with the ones that were frying heart tissue when activated). Anyways, he was in the fire service before he retired and ended up 6 weeks off for the first one, back to work for 11 shifts, then back off for the re-install and recovery for 8 weeks. He went through hell on the second one for healing and getting it to pace right.

Stick around now that your back and enjoy your new forum and friends!

Welcome back. Glad to see you're getting settled in with your current position. Nice pair of TAs you got there. One of my favorite Pontiacs by far.

Welcome back to the nuthouse. Sounds like you had a real tough couple of years, My wife'* granddad had a pcemaker put in a couple of years ago. He is going to have it replaced with another one that lasts longer between charges. It'* not an easy thing for you or your family.

Anyway, Nice collection. I drooled over that 78 T/A. Nice Regals
