Going to need a bit more information. If you put it in drive will it move at all? Or does it start out on a high gear or a low gear and not shift? If you shift manually, does it go threw every gear?

Dan, If I put it in drive it will not move at all, once it starts moving in 2, i can shift it into drive and od and its fine. If I come to a light, or slow down, then I have to repeat the process.

Not sure what transmission you have, and I'm no expert in this area. But it sounds like your forward band may be OK, but your D-2 band may have a problem. SGP358 is the transmission guy here. Have you checked your fluid level and color?
