Remove both belts and tell us if the noise goes away or changes.
The high idle is a clue of a vacuum leak.
Start a new topic in the 92-99 mechanical section and we'll get you fixed right up
(one clue may be the nosedrive on the supercharger, which clearly came from a wrecker, but I'll reserve judgement on that until I hear how it sounds with neither belt).
Don't run more than a few minutes on a COLD engine with the belts off.
