Default Hello from SC

Hello everyone,

I live in the upstate of SC and learned how to work engines from my father and husband, plus the internet. While not on the top of my favorite list, it is not on the bottom either.

Currently I have a 1999 Buick LeSabre Custom. This is my second LeSabre, the first being a 1994. Not my first choice when I had to replace the 1994, I wanted a Bonneville if I had to have a car, the 1999 is okay.

I love how the 3800 engine performs and hardly needs work outside of maintenance. But boy when it does need it, it needs it -- that is the downside.

Well just wanted to say hi and give a little background. Hope to see everyone around.

hi, there! Welcome! I'm new, also! Learning about my 1996 Buick Park Ave! I've learned from my dad and boyfriend a little about how to work on cars and I've always had Hondas and Volkswagens. These cars seem a lot more straight forward to work on, though. I'm in Santa Cruz, cA!
