Hello, new member w/ an OEM wheel question
Hi, I'm Michelle and I recently bought a '00 Buick LeSabre Custom off of my parents since they were the 2nd owners and I know it was maintained (it was a Florida car until '08 so it is pretty clean, which is nice). I'm still getting used to driving such a big car honestly (I'm used to sport compacts) but I must say I like it. It'* quiet, comfortable, loaded, and it gets pretty decent mileage which surprised me. Although it will be a daily driver, I'd like to do some small things to improve it'* appearance since it'* not exactly sporty. It has the ugly 15" 5 spoke pie plate wheels that look a bit small compared to the rest of the car, so I'm looking for a nice set of 17" or 18" wheels/tires from another GM car that I can bolt right on hopefully with no issues. I was thinking of getting the Pontiac Bonneville SSEi 17" chrome swoopies:

But I have a couple questions before I go out and buy a set. I believe the bolt pattern is the same for the LeSabre and Bonneville (5x115), but is the offset the same as well? Also, will the tires rub at all? I'm assuming that the offset is the same and that the tires won't rub because the car is stock & not lowered (it won't be lowered, either), but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask just to clarify. I know the LeSabre isn't very popular, but since the car is paid for I'll be keeping it until it dies and I can't fix it LOL. Anyway thank you for any advice or suggestions you may offer

GM has a standard bolt pattern. So wheels from a Bonneville will work on your car. You will have to watch to over all profile of the new tires as compared to your old tires. Otherwise your speedometer will be off.

welcome to the site,unless you can find a really good deal on used rims, ive found people want to much for the nice oem rims and it ends up cheaper just getting new aftermarket wheels
