I own a 1990 Oldsmobile 98 which of course has the GM 3800 engine. Everyone knows how good this engine is, but I'm hoping I can get more power out of it, and maybe better mpg. If anyone has tips, advice, or even knows any place to find performance parts for this engine, please share!

the best mileage is really good stock parts and tune. most power oriented mods take fuel, thats the nature of horsepower, it takes gas

Welcome to the forum!
The 3.8 olds were pretty good cars, got any photos to share?
What overall condition is the car in? What does it look like under the hood?

Welcome! Like Justin said, stock parts and a good tune up is the best way to get better fuel mileage. You might even notice an increase in power if its well overdue for a tuneup.
