Hi all. I have low voltage at the obd1 connection box. The ones that should be at
5 volts are 2.6 to 3 max. My actron scan tool will not connect. The scan tool works
fine on other cars and truck. Were is good spot to start at finding low volatage ?
Thanks Bruster
